Patti and I were up for an early morning meeting, one I walked to because of my monthly medication (risedronate) that strongly suggests that the patient take a walk for a bare minimum of 30 minutes after ingesting it.
Following the meeting, the two of us visited Hillstrand Pond, a very attractive pond in our subdivision.
