In this Part 1 of 2, we will show exterior views of our home and this year's Halloween Decorations.
In Part 2 of 2, we will show Patti's Jack-O-Lanterns at night.
A few night time photos of our home on Halloween evening.
The below photos show how we distribute the candy. By having it in small cups, we can get an exact count of our Halloweeners. As the evening gets late, we cut back on the portions so as not to totally run out of candy. We will have between 200 and 350 Halloween visitors.
Wednesday morning, November 1st. Last night we had three hundred and sixty eight (368) Trick-or-Treaters visit us. This is the second largest Halloween turnout ever for us. What a fun and extremely busy evening for Patti and myself.
ONE LAST HAPPY HALLOWEEN 2017 TO YOU ALL.

Below are several night-time photos of Patti's Happy Halloween Jack-O-Lanterns.
This will be our first active Halloween in three years and we are looking forward to seeing all of the Halloweeners that will come to our front door for Halloween Candy.

On September the 30th, 2017, I published a Post showing the Mackinac Bridge that links the State of Michigan's Upper and Lower Peninsulas.
On October 25th, 2017, I published a Post showing Mackinac Island.
This Post, showing some views of Mackinaw City, will complete my Trilogy of this one particular area of upper Michigan, the Mackinac Straits.
The below link will take you to my Dot.net website. Part III of it will show you two maps that will orient you to Mackinaw City.

So here we go loop-de-loop with some photos of Mackinaw City, Michigan.
Oops ! I needed a quick pit-stop to 'fuel-up' for this Post.
Ah-h-h-h-h! Now yours truly is good-to-go!
Patti is still sleeping this morning but she is here with me in spirit.
Welcome to Historic MACKINAW CITY MICHIGAN.
Welcome to the Colonial Michilimackinac district of Mackinaw City.
In the two above photos, you will notice the Mackinac Bridge in the background.
An advantage of visiting the Colonial Michilimackinac area are the views of the bridge that you see.
In Colonial Michilimackinac, you have a sizeable Michigan State Park.
One major attraction of the Colonial Michilimackinac area is the..
OLD MACKINAC POINT LIGHTHOUSE.
Perhaps the major attraction of Colonial Michilimackinac is Fort Michilimackinac.
Unfortunately, Patti and I, due to time restrictions, did not visit the fort. I wanted to point it out here because, in case some of you visit this area, you will be aware of it.
When we are on-the-road, there are times that our motel rooms do not have great Wi Fi. Local libraries rescue me from this issue.
We enjoyed our motel in Mackinaw City.
A great breakfast room.
Below are two restaurants in Mackinaw City that were excellent. Both are highly rated on Trip Advisor.
AUDIE'S
DARROW'S
As you may well imagine, this area of Michigan is highly visited during tourist season.
We enjoyed our visit and hope you also enjoyed it with us.
