Sunday .. March 10th .. was the first time I photographed one of these salads. It was the second time I had one. The first salad that I had I just gasped and ate it.
This makes the tenth (10th) consecutive day that I have photographed my salad. I now believe that I will continue to photograph them until I leave March 27th.
Each one has been an absolute work-of-art!
Today I squeezed the little Lime Flower over the salad to 'use' it.
