When Patti was telling me some of the things that she wanted to do during her visit here in Hong Kong from March 28th until May 3rd she asked if she could ride on the Hong Kong Trams.
My reply was a simple .. "YES! Because I ride the Hong Kong Trams daily!"
Below are photos of ..not only the Hong Kong Trams .. but a few of very typical Hong Kong 'street scenes'.
Allow me to assure you all (above right) that McDonald's is alive and very well in Hong Kong!
Below is the Western Market .. a real landmark in the Sheung Wan (Shenwan said as one word) District of Hong Kong where I am living.
Several close-up looks at ordinary street life in Hong Kong.
Life in a typical Hong Kong High Rise apartment includes the hanging of laundry from the apartments.
The busy streets of Hong Kong!
Another photo looking up a side street as you roll slowly past on the Hong Kong Trams.
I am under no illusion that everyone would love the above scene as I do!
Today's Rhetorical Question:
Why is it that when you are NOT in a hurry the Trams are stacked up like you see below!
I hope some of you enjoyed the above photos of some of the Hong Kong Trams and a few 'street scenes'.
Much Joy! Cap ..

I sure did enjoy the photos of the trams and street scenes in Hong Kong. I'm also glad that you're there and not me. I'd probably love it once I got over the shock of all the activity and people. You love it there and that's what matters.

THAT .. you .. Smiling from ear to ear .. IS THE POINT of it all for me and this website Shaddy. Oh yes Hong Kong is very intense and not for everyone. You just have to apply the Zen Mind to it all. India too is very intense as you are seeing in Gullible's Posts. I am so blessed to be here. Thanks for your interest.
