JUL 4, 19 .. HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY TO ALL OF YOU ..

Patti and I are enjoying our 4th of July here in Irkutsk as we prepare to fly to Hong Kong tomorrow, Friday the 5th.

We thought that you'd like to see what some of the children here in Irkutsk, Russian Siberia, are doing on THEIR 4th of July.

The fountains here in Irkutsk are not just for children.

Oh no.

Below are some fountains where the adults go to see their sporting events.

JAN 1, 12 .. OH MY .. TOO MUCH NEW YEAR'S EVE !!

To get myself going here .. I am going to post a few TID-BITS for you .. the two below photos were taken today.. Sunday.. January the 1st .. New Year's Day.. they were taken on a one hour walk I took early this morning from my apartment in Arambol Beach to Mandrem .. they were taken on the main highway between Arambol and Mandrem .. yes there were a LOT of roadside gawkers !


MY-OH-MY .. WHAT A WAY TO START THE NEW YEAR 2012 .. 

I then walked down and shot back up at the poor car..

How on earth they are going to extract this car from the woods I have no idea !  It is PLANTED and I mean it IS planted ..

I saw them building this and told Patti .. "They are building a kite" .. I wish now I would have taken a photo of it in progress .. just another example of the LOVE I see at the church..

Below may very well be my final two photos of the church .. I can not seemingly snap too many photographs of it .. what a truly magnificent church here in this tiny village of Arambol in Goa .. Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church was built in 1780 ..

This is my Doxology to my God of Abraham .. as Meister Eckhart has stated .. If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you.. it will be enough .. through the act of praying .. I have been given the following words .. several of which are from a Roman Catholic Priest friend of mine.. Father 'Mac' ..
