Patti and I have returned to the North after several months down in Phoenix, Arizona, and environs. We are back 'home' here in Anchorage, Alaska.
I just checked the Phoenix weather. 101F with sunny skies.
Here in Anchorage it is a pleasant 53F with cloudy skies.
We have left the desert.
Don't get us wrong, we were very happy in the desert.
