Here in Seoul, South Korea, there are various Districts that, together, make-up the greater metropolitan Seoul area.
One of these Districts is called the Itaewon District.
The greater Itaewon District, at least as I understand it, is especially noted for being a bit-of-a-haven for foreign tourists. This means there are a lot of touristy venues including some 'night life' action.
Within the Itaewon District is an iconic and famous hotel named the Hamilton Hotel Seoul. All you have to tell a taxi driver is that you want to go to the Hamilton Hotel in Itaewon and the driver will know where to take you.
Its address is : 179 Itaewon-ro, Itaewon 1(il)-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
Please do not ask me what all of the above address means. Well I can, like you can, make an educated guess.
179 Itaewon-ro .. The actual street address.
Itaewon 1(il)-dong .. The Itaewon District
Yongsan-gu .. You've got me on this
Seoul .. The name of the city that the Hamilton Hotel is located in.
The Hamilton Hotel Seoul, to coin-a-phrase, is one enormous 'landmark'.
The front desk, check in counter.
In the below photo, we have walked into the Bar and Grill located off the main lobby and are looking back at the front desk check-in area.
The Bar and Grill.
The time has come to go up to our room.
"God."
"Yes My Little Captain?"
"Pinch me God! I must be dreaming all of this."
