NOV 30, 24 .. LAKE HAVASU BRIDGEWATER CHANNEL ..

Thanksgiving Day this past Thursday, was a very relaxed and low key day for us.

During the afternoon of Thanksgiving Day, Patti and I enjoyed a very pleasant visit to the Lake Havasu Bridgewater Channel.

The Bridgewater Channel is also called The London Bridge Channel. 

On the extreme right edge of the above and below photos, you can see where The London Bridge is located relative to the channel.

You can also see Station 6 above.

Because it was Thanksgiving Day, most people were either out of town, or with their families. 

As you can see in the following photos, Patti and I were basically alone.

NOV 25, 24.. YESTERDAYS NEWSPAPER.. FINLEY.. TESLA CYBERTRUCK..

On our dotnet website, I often refer to "Yesterday's Newspaper" with regard to our Posts.

Practically no one goes back and re-reads "Yesterday's Post" thinking that perhaps something new has been added.

In yesterday's Post we showed photos of our next door neighbor's dog, a Pomeranian named Finley.

TESLA CYBERTRUCK..

Several days ago, November 19th and 20th, I published two Posts showing a Tesla Cybertruck here in Lake Havas City, Arizona.

Today I saw Doctor Mike and his Cybertruck..

He was pulling into the parking lot outside of our local library.

So I turned around and doubled back to say hello to Doctor Mike.

I approached him as he was getting out of his truck and I rolled down my window and said.. "Hi Doctor Mike."

As he approached me, he looked at me with a look of total surprise!

Then it struck me like a "ton of bricks" that it was NOT my Doctor Mike!

I apologized and asked him if there were other Tesla Cybertrucks here in Lake Havasu City.

He replied.. "Yes there are four of them."

Smiling.

No I will not insert this story into the previous Posts (a.k.a Yesterday's Newspaper."

NOV 24, 24 .. FINLEY.. OUR GREAT NEIGHBOR..

Here we go Loop De Loop..

Oh the small things in life that give us such great joy.

One of them is Finley, who lives next door to us here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where Patti and I are "wintering".

"They" call those of us who winter here "snow birds". Actually this is a misnomer (a wrong or inaccurate name or designation).

We are "Sun Birds". We seek the sun. A snow bird would fly up North into the snow country!

Oh the small things in life that give us such great joy.

We are talking about our next door neighbor that showers us with happiness and sheer joy on a daily basis.

Finley is his name.

Finley is a Pomeranian!

Do all Pomeranians' exude pure joy?

John is the leader of Finleys' "pack".

Hi Finley, Patti and I just love you!

When Patti and I are home, Finley is always welcome to come in and visit with us.

What a difference! 

Can you imagine how much hair an untrimmed Pomeranian must shed!

I had to shoot quite a few photos to get the above quiet ones. Finley is usually dashing around hither and yon. One time Finley "ran off". A friend of John's spotted Finley about 11 miles from our apartment and "grabbed" him. John was very relieved.
