Thanksgiving Day this past Thursday, was a very relaxed and low key day for us.
During the afternoon of Thanksgiving Day, Patti and I enjoyed a very pleasant visit to the Lake Havasu Bridgewater Channel.
The Bridgewater Channel is also called The London Bridge Channel.
You can see The London Bridge in the above and below photos on the extreme right side of the sign. You can also see Station 6 above.
As you can see in the following photos, Patti and I were basically alone.
WELCOME TO PARADISE!
At the head of The Bridgewater Channel is a beautiful miniature lighthouse.

Now we are going to show how the Bridgewater Channel often appears.
Hold onto your chair!
WELCOME TO PARADISE!
A very nice Thanksgiving Day 2024 afternoon.

Thanks for all of the pictures of our glorious Channel Walk, the Channel, itself, the parks, cabanas, trees. You both are aware I do this same walk every day with Little Bit. And at times, after the holidays and weekend visitors have moved on to new adventures we do, indeed, have this glorious Jewel-in-the-Crown to ourselves! I personally revel in reverent gratification, serenity and gratitude. I know you folks do, too! And on those days that bring more both local and foreign visitors, and other dog owners, Little Bit and I delight in exchanging bits of Lake Havasu/London Bridge history with wherever they have explored and also for themselves share about their home.
ReplyDeleteOf course, being a stubbornly committed bachelor I've never been one to complain when there are scantily clad sun-bathers lounging on the sands and in their boats. Just sayin'..... lol
Have a Truly blessed day to my besties,
Michael and Little Bit
Michael how sorry I am that I missed your comment on this Post. It was you, our Lake Havasu City "Tour Guide" deluxe that first took us down to the Bridgewater Channel and introduced it to us. Yes you and Little Bit are regulars here. Your Allies .. Cap and Patti
