The Iditarod has come .. The Iditarod has gone!
The victory banquet for the winner of the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race .. Dallas Seavy and all mushers and fans who are in Nome Alaska and able to attend .. will be tomorrow evening Sunday the 16th. Complete results of one-of-the-best-ever finishes in the history of The Iditarod will be found at the incredible web site .. http://iditarod.com/ .. along with many articles and photos and other items-of-interest.
Last night .. here in Anchorage Alaska .. we had a 'dusting-of-snow' so I thought I would post a few photos for those-of-you who find photos of snow fun and interesting.
I realize that anyone living in the Northern States adjacent to Canada and the North Eastern States and many of the Southern States of the United States of America will NOT find photos of snow to be of any interest to you at all!
All the below photos are in and around our condo here in Anchorage Alaska.
Looking out at our backyard area.

Looking out from our bedroom towards the front yard area.
Looking out of the above window with it fully-open.
The vehicle on the left in the first photo below is our Chevrolet Suburban quietly resting in his mantle-of-snow.
