The two of us also spent time in Carson City, the State Capitol of Nevada.

Welcome to Carson City Nevada.

The Chamber of Commerce is a nice place to begin one's visit.

I just love the Carson City welcome signs.

Carson City Nevada was named after Kit Carson.

Ah My! Where would I be without 'Google' and 'Wikipedia'?

Christopher Houston "Kit" Carson (December 24, 1809 – May 23, 1868) was an American frontiersman. The few paying jobs he had during his lifetime included mountain man (fur trapper), wilderness guide, Indian agent, and American Army officer. Carson became a frontier legend in his own lifetime via biographies and news articles. Exaggerated versions of his exploits were the subject of dime novels.

Oh Yes! There is more, much more, should you wish to learn more about 'Kit'.

On the absolutely beautiful and magnificent grounds of the Nevada State Capitol you will find the below memorial to Kit Carson.

Patti and I did NOT explore the EXTREMELY LOOSE SLOTS.

Oh small child in India, reading along here, trying so hard to improve your ability to speak and to understand English, ask your Mommy and your Daddy what an EXPREMELY LOOSE SLOT is. Even if your Mommy and Daddy haven't a clue-in-a-carload they WILL answer your question.

Got-You-Covered my small Indian Child. 'Google' the words SLOT MACHINE. A LOOSE SLOT MACHINE is one that will pay you more money more quickly.

"What's THAT 'Zilla?" .. "You did not know that!" .. "I just don't know what I would do here with out you to kid-around with."

FOOD IN CARSON CITY .. THE CRACKER BOX.

The Cracker Box is very basic. No 'airs'.

The Cracker Box is family oriented.

Everyone is relaxed at The Cracker Box.

I would call The Cracker Box a .. 'Get-It-On' restaurant.

Do I have to say that the food was Beyond-The-Beyond?

FOOD IN CARSON CITY .. ADELE'S

ADELE'S on the other hand has a 'classy uptown reputation'.

ADELE'S has a very nice and somewhat formal atmosphere.

The food was very good and most tastefully presented.

The cost of our meal for six at ADELE's was well over three hundred ($300) buckaroos.

"Cap! What did you just write?"

"I said our meal at ADELE's cost well over three hundred ($300) dollars Patti."

"Do you think we paid too much?"

"Um-m-m-m, Cap, let me think on that for awhile!"

Well sports fans it's only money and we will call this 'A Wrap' for Carson City Nevada.

Rhetorical Statement : So far I have covered my flight from Hong Kong to Seattle Washington last May the 24th. My visit in Seattle. Our visits in Dayton and Carson City Nevada. At this point we are only at June the 1st 2016. It is now August the 26th. I have a lot of photos that I have taken since June the 1st. Next up will be a visit to Virginia City Nevada. Then down we will go to Apple Valley California and environs for a visit. That will get us to June the 5th. And then? We will just see-what-we-see.
