APR 10, 19 .. ШАШΛЫКОFF and CHOCHUR-MURAN .. Russian Restaurants.

'Zilla, here is the Post that I promised I would put together for you. I will also tell the story for our other readers that caused me to create it.

Let's begin at the beginning. 

On dot.net, I published a Post dated MAR 31, 19 titled :

In a comment regarding this above Post 'Zilla (in part) said : I also thought I might see one of your photo-shoots of your meals that you are having - I missed one on this visit!

In my reply to 'Zilla's comment I said (in part) : In this Post I showed what we ate. A small KFC Salad. Two Burger King Whoppers. And two scoops of Baskin Robbins ice cream.

I then promised 'Zilla I would publish this Post showing two real meals.

So we will begin with the title meal :

But before I begin here 'Zilla, I have got to tell you that the below restaurant reminds me of the Claim Jumper Restaurant in San Bernardino where we three enjoyed dinner back in February 2017 after a hockey game in Ontario.

ШашΛыкоFF / ШАШΛЫКОFF

In terms of the Russian Cyrillic alphabet, the above word is a real anomaly!

ШашΛыкоFF / ШАШΛЫКОFF

It consists of : Russian Cyrillic letters / a Greek letter / and two 

English letters.

It 'sounds out' as : Shashlykoff.

бар &  гриль is perfect : bar & grill

ШашΛыкоFF / ШАШΛЫКОFF бар &  гриль and I date back.

We date back FIRST to : Krasnoyarsk.

And then we date back SECOND to : Novosibirsk

Now we get to a THIRD visit: Yakutsk

ШашΛыкоFF бар &  гриль  

ШашΛыкоFF бар & гриль has many locations.

Now this is too funny. We all know Yakutsk is one cold city. In fact, for its size, it is the coldest city in the world. In the below photo you see rolled up blankets for patrons to use in the winter.

The menu is large and complete.

I (so far) always order the Craft Burger.

Patti ordered a Greek Salad.

Our friend Anastasia ordered a steak.

In the first photo below, in the upper right corner, you see the Chochur-Muran Restaurant in the distance.

Just look at the kind people above!

Goodness Sakes Alive! They look like they are freezing!

Why you'd think that here in late March we were all in Russian Siberia!!

Begin to notice the Ice Sculptures out front.

The time has come to go inside of Chochur-Muran.

Look at the far wall beyond the lady above. Below are close-up photos of it.
