Now that we are back in Anchorage, we are trying to settle down from the drama of the two experiences I had up in Manley Hot Springs, Alaska, the past few weeks. Please click onto the below link if you don't know what I am talking about.

It is time for me to try to get more active here on blogspot, if only with a few photos.
Looking out from our living room.
Our lawn is a golden carpet of autumn leaves.
Patti's flowers are still with us strong and vibrant.
When all of a sudden, like Santa Clause on Christmas Eve, the lawn maintenance crew arrived. I was happy that I'd snapped the above photos before they arrived.
Our golden carpet of autumn leaves is almost gone.
Gone is our golden carpet. However, there are still more leaves in the trees so our golden carpet may well reappear over the next week.
Patti's flowers remain oh-so vibrant. And, we were away for three weeks.
Well that is that, a start on resuming my activity here on blogspot.
