It is what it is. A sampling of some of my recent Hong Kong photographs.
The first set of photos were taken in Hong Kong's Causeway Bay District.
SOGO is an enormous Japanese Department Store or Mall so large that the nickname for this part of Causeway Bay is SOGO.
A nice restaurant on an upper floor in SOGO.
I never tire of the Hong Kong Skyscrapers.
Now for a few shots taken in the Hong Kong Admiralty District.
I never tire of seeing the Lippo Center nor the Bank of China Tower.
Now we will have a look at the Hong Kong City Hall.
In the first photo below, the building on the left is the City Hall.
The next photos were taken looking back at the City Hall from a Memorial Garden for those in Hong Kong who died in WWII attempting to protect the city.
Photos of the Memorial itself.
Looking out from within City Hall
Above you see water from the below fountain. City Hall is peeking at us from the extreme left edge of the photo.
How about a ride on a Sampan! We are in Ap Lei Chau.
Now let's take a look at Stanley on the South Side of Hong Kong Island.
The Pho Tai located in Lai Chi Kok just for you Patti.
I believe that we will again return to Hong Kong.

Hong Kong has a very special place in both of our hearts. It has become our focal point when we are in Asia, and we have close friends who live there permanently. The high rises never cease to hold me in awe. I also love all of the 'pocket parks' among all the high rises, not to mention the huge Victoria Park. Nice. Nice. Smiling, Patti
ReplyDeleteYes, Hong Kong truly does have its special place in our hearts doesn't it. We did not get to the one most special of the 'pocket parks', the one across from the Citibank Tower where the 'meetings after the meetings' are often held. Smiling Back At YOU .. Love Cap
