BUSES BY THE BRIDGE - PART 2
We know, it may be a shock to suddenly be looking at a lot of Volkswagen Buses, but PART 1 explains what this is all about.
You are looking at the back of a slow ass Volkswagen Bus! It says so! Have you ever followed one? We sure have!
In the distant background of the above and the below photos, you can see a Red and White Lighthouse.
This lighthouse is located at the end of a small channel off Lake Havasu. The lighthouse is located within the Lake Havasu State Park, as by the way, so are all of the Volkswagen Buses you are seeing in these Posts.
Some close up photos of the lighthouse.
While photographing the lighthouse, because they were having trouble taking a selfie of themselves, I photographed three other visitors. From the left we have, Lesa, Bonny and Jenny.
The first photo below, was snapped from the ferry boat.
Notice in the background of the above photo, you can see some of the Volkswagen buses.
Below are some close up photos of this picturesque and charming little lighthouse.
Look closely at the below photo. In the distance, on the right side of the lighthouse, you can see the ferry boat appearing as it returns to Lake Havasu City from the casino.
Here comes the ferry boat.
Patti and I have now made three round trips on the ferry boat. On two of them, looking from the ferry ashore, I snapped the below photos of the Volkswagen Buses.
While watching the pictures of an amazing event with Busses by the Bridge I noticed how blue is the sky! It looks like ours! It made me to look up the Net... What I have found?! The profs that your sunny Arizona and our sunny Transbaikalian are TWEENS! They both have 325 sunny days a year! That is recorded as a record in the Guinness Book. IT's so pleasant that we're closer than I could imagine.
ReplyDeleteThank You so very, VERY MUCH for your comment Olga. We both have 325 sunny days a year. Wow. Amazing Olga. And in the Guinness Book Of Records. Nice to be in touch Olga. Cap and Patti
