Well, long pause, on one hand we know that some of you don't believe that Covid-19 exists, and on the other hand, some of you believe, not only that Covid-19 and Omicron exist, but that they can not only be very serious but life threatening.
No matter your beliefs or your constitutional rights to do as you please..
IF you go to the Mayo Clinic here in Phoenix, Arizona, and IF your particular Mayo Clinic Doctor asks that you be tested for Covid-19 or Omicron, before your appointment, you either get tested or you don't have an appointment.
Being a Mayo Clinic patient is NOT a birthright, it is a privilege bestowed upon individuals by the Mayo Clinic and IF you are accepted into their health care system, you will want to do whatever the medical staff asks you to do.
Patti and I were required to be tested for Covid-19 and Omicron before we could complete our appointments here at the Mayo Clinic today, January 31st.
Our first appointment was at 8:15am in the morning.
So?
We two were tested yesterday (Sunday) morning (at 7am) so that the test results were evaluated before our 8:15am appointment this morning.
HERE WE GO LOOP DE LOOP..
Below we are about to enter the first screening area where we provide our names and birthdates and are officially verified as Mayo patients and are logged into the system.
BELOW WE ARE ABOUT TO GO LOOP DI LI..
And then we were through and finished.
Below is the 'Mother Ship' of the Mayo Clinic, Phoenix Campus. It is known as Phoenix 1, its address is 5777 Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, Arizona.
This is all very, VERY emotional to Patti and me. Since November 28th of 2016, when I arrived with a broken hip as a result of a bad fall in the airport in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and I was welcomed and accepted by the Mayo Clinic as a patient, this view of this building has become very special and very personal to both of us.
And with our testing complete, out and off and back to our motel we drove so that we could enjoy the two National Football League Conference Championship football games.
Thanks to each and everyone of you following along here with us.
Cap and Patti
Oh!
Post Script :
In the NFL Conference Championship games, The Cincinnati Bengals beat the Kansas City Chiefs (in overtime) and the Los Angeles Rams beat the San Francisco 49ers.
Sunday, February 13th, 2022 The Cincinnati Bengals will play the Los Angeles Rams in the SUPER BOWL.
Both games were very entertaining. Today, Tom Brady retired. gOAT for sure.
ReplyDeleteToday's Rhetorical Question (no answer necessary) : Who do you like, who do you hope wins the Super Bowl. We can go with either, may the best team on Sunday win the trophy. Cincinnati (who has never won a Super Bowl) and the Rams with Matthew Stafford (who has never won a Super Bowl during his Detroit Lion career). Smiles .. Cap and Patti
