DEC 25, 22 (1/2) .. LAKE HAVASU CITY, ARIZONA .. OUR NEW APARTMENT

This is the Christmas Holiday weekend !

We closed our December 24 (2/2) Post as follows ..

Patti and I have signed a long term lease to rent an apartment here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We now have a real, part time, home-away-from-home, down here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Our apartment is 100% fully furnished. From towels and bedding to a full kitchen full of implements. New T.V. and Internet. You name it, and it's there. We've meet three of our four neighbors and REALLY like them. One is a 12 year tenant. Another is an 8 year tenant.

Below IS A PHOTO SHOOT of our apartment.

I will begin with a few photos of our street.

We have now made a right turn onto Moyo Drive. The next photos show what our street looks like as we drive to our apartment.


VOILA !! We have arrived at our apartment !!

Now, we will stand in the middle of Moyo Drive, and look back down the street.




VOILA !! On the left in the below photo is our apartment building !!

Our GMC Suburban, parked on Moyo Drive, is on the right below.

Our (call it) "official" parking place is not on Moyo Drive but in back of our building.


When we get out of our truck, when it's parked in the back of our building, we have a very pleasant garden area immediately outside of our door.




Our local snail mail delivery box is in the above garden area.

Wowie ! At least to some extent, Patti and I are now Arizona residents.

    That apartment looks excellent for hot weather living. No carpeted floors, etc. Is the hammock on the patio for you or does it belong to your neighbor? Hard to tell which area is designated as yours. Congrats to Patti for her nice find.

      The entire garden is (I think) more or less a community feature belonging to all. Of course I can't speak accurately at this point in time. Too Funny ! i told Patti that I thought maybe, just maybe, it was YOU Gullible .. Smiling .. Cap
