On Sunday afternoon, notice I did NOT say on a Sunny afternoon, July the 30th, Patti and I attended a very small and very pleasant Art Show here in Anchorage up in the hillside area off Abbott Road.
One of Patti's closest friends and associates is an artist and she invited us to attend.
It was well attended. Parking was on a non paved local street.
When it comes to parking, often we seem to luck-out. We parked immediately in front of the entrance!
Yes, we ARE indeed having a dark, rainy summer this year, but during our visit, it did not rain one single drop!
The next two photos show Patti with her artist friend.
"Hi Dad! Will you take me home with you Dad?"
"I'd like to take you home with us but our walls are pretty well covered with photos!"
The time had arrived when Patti was ready to head back to our condo. We sure enjoyed the Art Show and took our time as we leisurely strolled through all of the display booths.
