Patti and I remain in the Boston Massachusetts area on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States of America.
I do not know how to up load my photographs taken with my own camera onto my own Apple Macintosh iBook G4 vintage year 2005.
"Yes 'Zilla? " .. "Yes 'Zilla you are correct 'Zilla .. Ol Bobba or if you prerfer .. Ol Baba .. does not know how to upload his photographs from his camera onto his very own laptop."
"Yes 'Zilla I know .. Yes 'Zilla I understand .. this fact is basically incomprehensible my friend but .. as we always say .. This is an honest program 'Zilla."
I live my life using PC Windows programs to work with my photos .. and I do know now how to 'do photographs' using the Macintoch OS X Operating System and iPhoto and Safari to do what I want-to-do.
And I have not been able to get to a public library to get to a PC to access Windows to do what I want and need to do photograph-wise.
"Hush my dear Patti. I do not want you to tell everyone that back in Manchester Vermont .. with the total assistance of library staff I DID INDEED use Apple Macintosh to upload Niagara Falls Part II photographs."
What I failed to do was to take intense carefully written notes on what they the librarians did back in Manchester Vermont so I could then mimic and parrot their actions onto my own Apple iBook G4.
Gullible and Shaddy (Clement just rolls-his-eyes) get up off the floor .. I can hear you laughing so hard your sides are aching ..
Well one-day-soon I will solve this impasse .. get to a library .. and get-on-with-the-getting-on ..
Smiles .. Cap and Patti ..
And now for .. The Rest Of The Story. Paul Harvey .. may you be resting-in-peace!
Ed's wife Martha 02476 took the time and went to the effort to teach me some ins-and-outs with my little 2005 vinatage Apple Macintosh iBook G4! So now I am able to upload photos into my laptop and then load them into my two web sites .. Blogspot and Word Press. Thanks so much Martha!
And below is the proof!

Fear not, I'm definitely not laughing at you. I feel for you. I'd be tearing my hair out if I was in your position. I may seem savvy with computers, etc. but I'm not all that much!!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your future computer/camera endeavors.
I love your New England foliage photos.
Thanks Shaddy .. Apple computers and the Macintosh OS X operating system are supposedly very user friendly. It is just that I have never gotten into using them even though I own one .. my iBook G4 laptop that I purchased in the year 2005. So .. user-friendly or not .. you still must pass through a learning curve. Thanks to our friends in Boston .. who both own and use the Apple-Macintosh system .. I did get some hands-on training and seem to have gotten-a-handle on it. Time will tell Shaddy .. but so far so good .. I write as I sit in a library with a PC using Windows 7 with a library staff to help me .. giggle .. Smiles .. Cap ..
