Just last weekend we had the Hot Air Balloon Festival and Fair here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Snap your fingers and last Thursday, beginning at 10am, some 600 or so VW Buses began rolling into town for the 28th Annual Lake Havasu Buses By The Bridge.
This week our local newspaper has been running front page articles about our Buses By The Bridge festival.
Today, Saturday the 18th of January, I visited the 28th Annual Buses By The Bridge festival here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Entry for all four days of the festival is only $5.
The parking area is very large.
I am showing all of these parking lot photos to give you an idea of the size of this event.
Now we begin to look at the VW Buses that have travelled here, some from a long distance, to participate in Buses By The Bridge.
Every Monday afternoon, when I ride the Lake Havasu Ferry (that is it in the below photo) over to the Havasu Landing Casino, I so enjoy seeing the small Lighthouse you see below.
An interesting bird beside the above Lighthouse.
Do you know what it is Gullible?
Smiling .. Cap and Patti who was a big help sorting through 114 photos with me to put together this Part 1.
