I did some “Internet Surfing” about how hot is too hot.
For the average person, temperatures above 104°F (40°C) can be unsafe for prolonged exposure and may lead to heat-related illnesses.
The exact “too hot” temperature will vary based on temperature, humidity, individual health, and acclimatization.
A heat index of 90°F or higher can indicate potentially dangerous conditions, especially with prolonged exposure or physical activity.
THIS Patti and I KNOW!
We can “Dress for Cold Weather”. No one can “Dress for Extreme Hot Weather.”
Summer down in Arizona is far too hot for both Patti and myself!
